  • Proper nutrition is crucial. I will create a tailored meal plan that fits your schedule, budget, dietary restrictions and food preferences. You have the freedom to choose the number of options you want. Each meal comes with a list of ingredients and a simple recipe tailored to your preferences.

  • As part of your onboarding, I will get to know more about you, your goals, your lifestyle, your abilities and fitness level. Whether you have been going to the gym for a long time or are a complete beginner, and whether you prefer to workout at home, outdoors, or in the gym, I will design the perfect workout plan for you.

  • Check-in with weekly photos, measurements, and open feedback to keep track of your progress and to let me how you’re doing and feeling. We will make amends to our plan as often as needed to ensure progress and enjoyment.

  • My app’s real-time progress and workout trackers allow for seamless insights which, when coupled with our accountability check-ins, provide powerful opportunities for us to stay engaged and ensure your continual progress.

  • Connect your wearable device (Apple Watch or Fitbit) to my app to track your daily activity metrics such as steps and distance, as well as your workout metrics including heart rate and calories burned.
